If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase you have made on our website, we offer a full refund on eligible items within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be in the original condition and packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Sale or clearance items

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please send an email to secchannel2023@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Upon receipt of your request, we will review your request and respond with further instructions on how to return the item(s). Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Timeline

Refunds may take up to 5 business days to be processed, depending on your payment provider. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in refund processing that may be caused by your payment provider.
